Investigator 2000 was launched in 2001, and was rebuilt in 2020 with worldwide search resources.  Investigator 2000 enables the public to search for information, and do their very own public investigations, with step by step information on what to look for, and organizes them if needed for further investigation by professionals.  Recently upgraded to PHP extensions.

I went to college at The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Management Information Systems.  In my senior year, I began Vonset Corporation, which featured ten products ranging from Computer Software to E-Commerce, and Herbal Supplements.  In 2023, we restructured our company to be a primarily e-commerce provider, supplying two products https://www.Chatz.us and a search engine with advertising at https://www.Zerria.co under Hoover Products Corporation.

I joined the U.S. Navy when I was eighteen to obtain more discipline for college.  I served aboad the USS Patriot MCM-7, part of Rotational Crew Hotel.  We completed a GOMEX 93, WESTPAC and RIMPAC tour of the pacific on an avenger class minesweeper.  I then boarded the USS Scout MCM-8 to complete my duties.  I was Honorably Discharged in 1995.  While attending college, I used my GI Bill to pay for rent in the city.

German Catholic Cross

I was raised in a catholic family.  I went to church every sunday since I was small.   I study the catholic religion much more appropriatley now, with real doctors on catholic radio, and find it to be very rewarding.

My surname is Hoover, which is from the german name Huber, or the German word "houber" and means "an owner of a large measure of land", or "a man who owns a hube (a 30-60 acre parcel of land)," from the Middle High German huober and Middle Dutch huve.  The surname Huber was first found in Bavaria, Germany, where they became a prominent contributor to the development of the providence.  The name Huber is always prominent in social affairs, and became an integral part of the region's affairs, as it emerged to form alliances with other families within the feudal system.

I go to German Night at the german church in the city every year to celebrate my heritage.
